Arlene has over 30+ years of experience in Government Contracting which includes Contract Administration, Government Procurement, Technical/Cost-Business Proposal Development, Human Resources, and Business Management. Her Contract Administration background includes Federal, State, and Local Government Price/Business proposal development, contract close out services, and general business certifications for local, state, and federal government agencies such as SBA8(a), MDOT, PGCG SDB and SWAM. Ms. Wilson is also experienced in the development, administration and management of GSA Schedule contracts as well as other GWAC procurement vehicles.
