FDA CTE contracted AMA to design, develop and deliver team building sessions for the team of over 150 employees struggling with maintaining cohesiveness post the pandemic. AMA met with all 10 directors at CTE to collate issues with leading hybrid teams, designed a full day instructor led training session, developed an on-demand pre-session 2 hr course that all attendees has access to before the instructor-led session on “leading Hybrid Teams” the project spanned over 6 months and it was completed within scope, on time and within budget. CTE leadership was very pleased with AMA service and deliverables and reported more collaboration across hybrid teams.
