AMA Consulting was contracted to provide Strategic Planning Support Services for Engineering Research Development Center. The tasks included: planning meetings with leadership, development of sessions materials and artifacts, facilitation of a 2-day session to develop strategic plan and technical assistance for curating plan documents and key performance indicators. AMA provided consultants to execute this task and the project was completed within scope, on time and within budget. AMA received rave reviews for the excellent service delivery.
